Several smaller works made from surplus material from my family’s sawmill. Spruce trees that have been left for two years before being sliced up have been used, which causes the decay process to start. This creates a natural play of colors in the wood. The steel holding the wood together has been treated so that it has been trough «natural decay» to make it similar to some of the processes the wood has been through. Covered with plaster and veneer shapes to create a three-dimensional shape. Natural meeting points in the smaller works form a larger picture, which changes depending on the way you compose them.
